GENE'S LOCKSMITH

Was told by a couple locksmiths that it would be at least $100 and no guarantee it would work. Gene's was my knight in shining armor coming to my rescue! Not only did they answer their phone, unlike most I called, but they told me they have had a lot of luck getting broken keys cut correctly the first time! And the icing on the cake?? It was HALF the price of the others. Service was excellent! Price was excellent! Job was excellent! I won't go anywhere else again!

Wow!  This is the best service I've had in quite some time.  First, they are friendly and courteous. That doesn't make them good, it just makes you comfortable.  What makes them good is the fact that they did what 3 other locksmith's in town couldn't or wouldn't do. We have an old buffet that was purchased in Germany some 50 years ago and we lost the keys in a recent move. My wife was devastated thinking we would have to "break in" to get it open.  I called mid-day on a Friday and was told they were booked, but to call back after hours and I'd reach Marco who works nights and weekends for them. I asked about the price differential for an after hours call.  There is none.  Same price!  I called after hours and reached Marco.  Told him the problem and he said he would come up right after he finished the job he was on.  Nice guy... really.  Cheerful, competent and professional.  He worked for about 45 minutes on the buffet and finally found a key that would open it.  A real specialty item that they will have to order or make to duplicate, BUT my wife is thrilled that her furniture will remain in one piece.  From beginning to end, this service was the very best.  I can not recommend them highly enough.  They're number one in my book and they should be number one on Angie's List as well.
