GENE'S LOCKSMITH

They recently moved to Lake Mead Parkway, accross from Target. 

The technician came in exactly on time and was very nice and professional. Clean job. When I noticed something I didn't like, tech went back to shop, picked up a needed part and installed it the same day.

Best of all - the price I paid was well under the original estimate.

I would most definitely use them again

When I called, we were concerned to leave our condo because the lock was so messed up, we were afraid we would not be able to get back in.  I called Gene's.  They originally said the next day would be the earliest.  I explained our fears about getting locked out.   They then scheduled service same day at 3 pm, two hours after my call.  At 2:50, they texted me that tech was on the way.  At exactly 3 pm, tech arrived and in 30 minutes, had everything fixed.  Would not hesittate to use them again.

Gene's is no longer located on Boulder Highway.  They're in "the castle" on Sunset between the I-515 and Boulder Highway.  I needed keys for an Italian motorcycle and bought the studs off Ebay.  They didn't fit but Gene's was able to make them.

I've used Gene's for years now. Great service and prices.

Last year Gene's rekeyed my house. He arrived on time and brought a young man with him. He was teaching him how to change out and rekey locks. It was great to see a craftsman passing on the trade. They were quick and professional.

Gen's were on time. The price was fair; I would rehire again. Only thing I did not like was the lack of communication. I told the office what I wanted and the tech had to ask me what I wanted because his office did not tell him or my even give him my address.

I have been using Gene's services for many years and will continue. I always keep cards in my wallet to hand out. I highly recommend him and I think that he is the best in the state. They have great services and prices.

Gene's Lock and Key is a very well known company here in the area. The locks that they installed were good quality locks. They work great. They didn't mess up anything on the doors when they installed them. They were able to get them installed in a timely manner. I am not sure of the cost of their services.

This is not the first time I have used Gene's. I had to call them before to come and unlock my car door that I had locked my keys in. I tend to lock myself out of things quite often. I originally called Gene's because they are the closest to my home and I was quite satisfied that I did. They were very quick to respond to my call and they were very well prepared when arriving. The man was very nice. He thought that it was funny when I told him I tend to do this a lot. I do not remember the charge for this service. I paid him right on the spot, and kind of forgot about it after that.
