Fuller's Patio Misting Systems

We have had our Fuller's Pation Misting System for 4 years, and we could never live without it here in Las Vegas. During the hottest summer days, the misting system allows us to comfortably relax and enjoy our patio. Fuller's comes out in spring to start up the system and in the fall to shut it down and prep it for winter (at a cost, of course). But they have kept our system in tip-top shape and we are ready to go for the coming hot summer. Their service techs are great and friendly people and consistently do a great job of maintaining our system. I highly recommend Fuller's.....you will love your patio even more!

My wife had undergone a bone implant procedure two weeks prior that had become infected. The doctor had returned our call on that day and told us he would accept her on an emergency basis and to be there at 3:00 pm. I waited for the Fuller service person as long as I could, then at about 2:30 pm I called Greg Fuller, the owner of the company, and asked to reschedule. He didn't sound happy about it but said he would call me later when he wasn't as busy and give me a rescheduled date and time. That conversation was in april 2018. He never called and I have not heard from him since. That did not surprise me however, since I had been warned by a neighbor who had also been a "dropped customer" as she put it. She stated that once a customer had done something such as cancel an appointment, he would never service your system again. Mr Fuller is a man that holds a grudge. This is why I rated him and his company "unprofessional".

Great Service! The misting system was up and running less than 24 hours after I called. Doug provided great customer service and answered all of my questions. I have been a customer for 6 years and I am very happy with the company.

Three years ago now we had Fullers Patio Misting install in our backyard and we are extremely pleased! There’s no leaking, everything was placed just how we wanted, and the water lines are done so neatly. Since then, we have they come out every Fall to put the hose/pump away, and Spring to hook it back up and clean the water line out. So far all of the employees we have met over the years have been kind and professional. Greg and his guys are knowledgeable, I highly recommend his company!

I really can't say enough good things about Fuller's Misting Systems. Greg is a phenomenal and friendly salesman with expert knowledge about all things relating to missing systems. Chris did the install with his helper Nick. Chris' attention to detail was second to none. I was so impressed with him and the fact that he was not going to leave the install job till it was done and that I was 100% happy with it. It was an 8 hour install by the way. Well, Chris missed the mark a bit because I'm 110% happy with his work...!!!! The color matching with the powder coated stainless steel lines were perfect..!!! I would highly recommend Fuller's misting systems to anyone who wants the best in back yard cooling.

As before in the spring, Chris prepared our system for the coming season when it would be needed to cool our patio so we can enjoy a full summer outside, not stuck in the house in the heat. We have had the system five years now and all it has needed was maintenance. No repairs needed. As every time before, they answered my questions, addressed my concerns quickly and professionally. We highly recommend them.

Fuller's arrived on schedule and completed the misting system in under a day. The system works great and the price was very reasonable. I have used it throughout the summer and it cooled the patio very nicely.

Great. The technician explained what they were going to do - and then showed me. He also demonstrated how to change the angle of the fans (dead simple I discovered) for next year, when they'll set us up for another hot Las Vegas summer.

The owner, Greg Fuller, wrote us a proposal a year prior to our service.  When we called Greg he did not hesitate to perform the service and honor the contract.  He showed up that day to reevaluate the backyard and four days later he installed the system.  Greg was on time and patiently explained his system to us.  He answered all of our questions and we extremely knowledgeable.  We will refer him to others and are extremely satisfied with the amazing misting system that we now have.  We can't wait for summer to get here!

This company is fabulous. Being a senior we are not as trusting parting with retirement money. Fuller's is trusting, professional, reliable, year after year. I hire them to shut down my system and bring it back up yearly. Money well spent I say.
