This is an outstanding family owned business. The owners were the first to answer my online request for services. The owner came out and measured the area and followed up with a complete and detailed estimate. I appreciated the detail of explanation. Easy to schedule and very prompt and professional. I now know how to clean my tile. Excellent company to do business with. Jerry and Krissy Schenk are outstanding owners of this business who treat their customers with the utmost respect, fairness and honesty. For any future cleaning this will be my go to company.

Jerry arrived on time and was very cordial and informative on the ways they differ from other carpet cleaning companies. They moved our furniture and did an excellent and quick job. They were done in 2 hours and our 26 year old carpet looks new again.

We called Jerry back again to touch up a few of our more used areas of carpet in our home as well as hit a few spots where our poor, now getting older, dog had thrown up on.  We tried to clean up after our dog ourselves but you could still see the spots so we figured we might as well call Jerry and have him clean those and hit a few rooms for us while he was here.  Jerry came on a Friday first thing in the morning and did arrive on time as we knew he would from our last time using him.  We had scheduled to have him do two areas and to clean up the couple of spots mentioned above.  Jerry was very professional and got the job done in no time flat and the few spots that we couldn't get out he most certainly did.  I think the best part about this visit was that he gave us a 10% discount for using Angie's List as well as my 10% Military Discount which I always appreciate.  We paid $104.00 after the discounts but would have been $130.00.  We are extremely happy with the job as we were last time.  Jerry did mention to us that our tile was getting a bit of use and wouldn't hurt to get in done in maybe the next few months.  It hasn't been that long since we had Jerry at First Choice do our tile and whole house carpet cleaning but with 3 kids they sure do know how to get carpet and tile dirty.  So, in the next few months we'll most certainly call Jerry back to get our tile done and maybe another area of carpet.  Jerry also mentioned to us about the dryer vent cleaning and we told him next time as well, but it sounds like one of those cheap insurance ideas as you do from time to time hear about people who have home fires caused by dryer lint.  I do clean my dryer lint thing all the time but I'm sure it wouldn't hurt.  Anyway, I do try to write more in depth reviews because I always thought to myself that the only reviews that I was reading were those of people who weren't happy, and that's not right.  Most people who are happy with a job that someone does for them never provide a review because they are happy about it and don't seem to find the time.  I read a lot of reviews before picking a company and I think that it's important to have the good and the bad, so if your reading this and have used Jerry's First Choice Carpet and Tile, or any other company as a matter of fact, and if you were either happy or not, write a review, because people will read it and they will take it under consideration.  Keep on the look out for my next review from our recent car buying experience.  Thanks Jerry and First Choice for another job well done, we'll most certainly be using you again.

We have white carpet and a large dog.  All the spots were gone and the carpet looked new and smelled fantastic.  Jerry came on time and explained the entire process before he started.  His price was fair and their service is great.  They are knowledgeable and the price they quoted over the phone was the price I paid.  All chemicals and processes were included.  Will use them again.

They were fine. Overall interaction was great, they are very appropriate. They had a better price than somebody else. The service was good.

Jerry and his assistant were polite, courteous and on time. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. Professional and paid close attention to heavy traffic areas.

Jerry and Brandon arrived at the agreed-upon time. They began cleaning the tile and then sealed all of the tile. They then cleaned the dryer vent. Jerry showed us what was taken from the dryer vent and it was a fire waiting to happen. We were so pleased with first choice choice carpet and tile care and will definitely recommend them to our friends.

The carpet company called ahead to let us know they were coming, arrived earlier than scheduled, and spent approximately an hour and a half doing the work. We were very pleased with both of the gentleman that came. They were both friendly and very professional. They were willing to move some furniture that we could not move. They also moved some that we didn't ask them to and did the cleaning behind that which we felt was a perk. Will definitely use again

Technicians were on time, explained the different chemicals they could use, the spots that needed special treatment and how much time it would take.  They started immediately and never stopped until the work was complete.  Very nice people including the office contact.  They cleaned up and gave us shoe protectors if we needed to walk on the carpet.  The covers were to protect the carpet while it was drying.  Got up this morning and carpet is completely dry as the technician stated.  They instructed us on up keep and to call them if any spots resurfaced.  Sometimes that happens.  I was impressed with the entire organization and this company should be recommended by Angie's list.

Best thing ever, they arrived on time.  I know most people hate it when we are told someone will arrive between say 8 a.m. and Noon.  Well they arrived on time which already made me a happy customer.  I guess I should tell you why we used First Choice.  We decided to use First Choice Carpet and Tile Care because of some great recommendations from our neighbors and I couldn't be happier with the results at their homes so we figured we would give them a try, and I'm glad we did.  They actually showed up a bit early and I spoke with Jerry, the owner, before they started the job.  We talked about any trouble areas that we had (yes we have 2 cats and a dog that all seem to like to throw up on the carpet) so we wanted to share that ahead of time.  Jerry and I walked the entire house talking about some areas that we may want him to pay a little bit more attention to, like our high traffic areas, that seem to show a bit more dirt than other areas.  He pretreated these higher traffic areas a little heavier than the others to ensure they would look new for us.  He asked us if we could put our pets either outside or in another room so they wouldn't run away as they would have to leave the front door open a bit while they worked, we knew this and had already decided we would put the cats in the laundry room and the dog outside.  Later on when Jerry did our tile in the laundry room we simply transferred our cats to one of the rooms that had already been cleaned.  Before starting Jerry went on to tell me a little bit about what they were going to do and they were off.   Talk about teamwork.  Jerry and his assistant work well together and worked very efficiently and quickly.  They used some new rotating carpet machine which scrubs the carpet, not just one of those wands that simply sprays and sucks.  We have a generic carpet cleaning machine that works better then those wands so I was happy to see they were using this scrubbing rotating thing-a-ma-jig.  Jerry said that the reason they use it is because it does a far superior job since it's scrubbing the carpet as well as using hot water and suction.  Anyway, it worked great.  I cannot recall exactly how long it took but once they finished cleaning the carpets Jerry's assistant went back with this giant comb rake thing that fluffs the carpet up and makes it look amazing.  I have to admit that some areas looked brand spanking new and areas that were flattened down from high traffic looked so much better, not all flattened any more which made my wife and I very happy.  In regards to the Carpet Cleaning job I am beyond happy and our carpet looks amazing and brand new.  Jerry mentioned to us that we need to ensure to have the carpets cleaned about every six months with the amount of traffic and animal use that it gets and we agree.  They then moved onto cleaning our tile.  This is where I was simply amazed without words.  For those that have had their tile cleaned, and it's been quite some time since you've done it, will agree with me that once you see the grout all clean it's like having a brand new tile floor.  I was amazed to be honest.  When I looked at the areas that were once black (the grout that is) that were so clean I was like wow, I didn't think my feet were that dirty.  We don't wear shoes in our home so it's amazing how dirty tile gets from just our feet and pets.  Anyway, hate to ramble on but figured this is this point of this website so I wanted to share.  When the job was done Jerry put these plastic sheets under our wooden furniture to stop any potential water from the carpet cleaning getting to the wood and causing any stains.  He said to leave them there until the carpet was completely try and at that time we could remove them.  To be honest, nobody has ever done that before so I was taken back for a second thinking why hasn't any other carpet cleaning company we've used done that.  It was a nice added touch knowing that they were looking out for us and not wanting our furniture or carpet to get damaged.  So overall, I'm giving them 5 stars, an A+++++++ , and a High Five for a job well done.  I would most certainly recommend them to anyone, even my own Mother.  Yep, I even pulled the mother card.  Thank you Jerry and First Choice Carpet and Tile Care for a job well done, you have secured a customer for life.
