Good price for the opportunity to swim in clean water. The pool is in a protected area out of view of normal hotel traffic. A refreshing place to swim.

Very unhappy with the service; the person I contracted was not qualified to respond to basic questions, always stating that she needed to speak with her son. I never got a reply when I asked to speak with the son. I was told my motor needed replacing, and that my filters were OK. That was not the case. My filters needed replacing, not the motor. The filters were not placed properly, allowing all dirt and sand to settle inside. The screw nut was jammed in; this was a total disaster! I ended up replacing the filters and my pool is now running properly.

"Thank you for your review. We cleaned your pool perfectly and your motor started smoking. You asked our tech to check your filters because you couldn't remember the last time your brother cleaned them. She removed the lid and told you that they looked clean. You asked for her to clean them anyway so she did, also removing the drain plug, rinsing out all the dirt and sand on the bottom and put them back the exact same way. Since it was a very old filter system that she'd never seen before that's all she could do. Obviously, the filters were installed incorrectly to begin with and we didn't catch it. Ultimately we are happy that your pool is ok"
