"Thank you for your review. We cleaned your pool perfectly and your motor started smoking. You asked our tech to check your filters because you couldn't remember the last time your brother cleaned them. She removed the lid and told you that they looked clean. You asked for her to clean them anyway so she did, also removing the drain plug, rinsing out all the dirt and sand on the bottom and put them back the exact same way. Since it was a very old filter system that she'd never seen before that's all she could do. Obviously, the filters were installed incorrectly to begin with and we didn't catch it. Ultimately we are happy that your pool is ok"
