Design Builders Ltd.

Everything that's stated in the following review can be corroborated by the Nevada State Contractors Board and/or documented evidence: Design Builders, Ltd worked on our residence beginning on 6/25/18 (removing two walls and altering seven) with NO PERMITS WHATSOEVER. When they retroactively attained permits on 10/30/18 the NSCB had already been alerted and the inspector had made his first visit. They were found in violation of NRS 624.3011 (1)(b)(1). Aside from constant delays and insults from their employees (all documented via text & email) they didn't even provide a Scope of Work until 6 weeks past their start date. There were entire weekends their subcontractors were left unsupervised in our home and they have admitted, in writing, their performance on this job was substandard. They've been unapologetic in their drunken insults towards us and we're now in a legal battle which will be lengthy, costly and embarrassing for Design Builders, Ltd. as we have EVERYTHING documented and they've managed to CAUSE in excess of $50K in damage to our residence. Choosing this company was, simply put, the worst decision we've ever made. Should anyone contemplate using this company for a remodel please reply and I'll send you a 55 page document of the damage they've inflicted, the insults they've corroborated from their employees towards the customer and the written violation from the NCSB at my cost.
