Started when promised. Comes every week. If there is a problem I'm notied immediately.

Made an appointment with Jim to discuss cost and service on 02/23/11 for 02/25/11. He was right on time and I decided to use Desert Pal to do our pool service. About two weeks after he started I had a pump issue and sent him an email. He called back and we determined the problem and he said he would bring the parts to fix the problem on next visit. Replace a seal and all is well. He comes weekly and shows up withing in 30 minutes to an hour of his normal 2pm time

They are very reasonable in price and very reliable. He comes every Friday and has even come out on Sundays. He has even offered to install new parts for our pool and fix parts of it also. He s a very conscientious young man and extremely hard working.
