The house was a basic square shaped home. It has quite a few upgrades that come standard. It was built really fast and the quality seems to be really good. The people were easy to deal with.

Del Webb Coventry Homes did an outstanding job on our home. It looks a lot better than I had expected it to look. The people were great right from the beginning. We have not had any problems with our home at all as it was perfectly built. I would rather not discuss any pricing.

Del Webb Coventry Homes did a fine job on our home. They had a good selection to choose from in terms of different sizes. We were able to get the size we wanted. They had good customer service and responded quickly to all of our requests for minor repairs. I really liked that they didn't put us off at all.

Del Webb Coventry Homes did an okay job on our home. There is a problem with the way the water drained off of my stucco, but other than that the house is pretty good. I am really not sure of what the cost was as my daughter took care of that.

Del Webb Coventry Homes did a decent job building our home. We have not had any problems with it. The reason why I gave them B's was because I do not feel that anyone deserves an A as no one is perfect. I did feel that their price was good but I felt that was personal.

We asked for several changes to the original design. We wanted the living room walls to be moved out to give us more room. The ceramic tiles were large eighteen inch tiles instead of the smaller six inch tiles, and they added two large bay windows. They did not seem to have a problem with any of our demands, and cost increase was minimal. It took six months to complete, and it is beautiful.

The construction went smooth as silk, with only minor complications that did not seem to slow the building process very much. We asked for several upgrades, including an extra bedroom, top level carpeting, and ceramic tile in several rooms. The charge for these upgrades was minimal compared the total cost of the house. The treatment we received was fantastic, as well.

The painters did an outstanding job on the house; there were no paint droppings anywhere. The painters were careful with our property, and they cleaned up completely when done. The paint was a good quality and it looks great on our home.

The process of deciding which design to go with was done with ease. After we chose the design and the upgrades, the closing only took three weeks, and we had no problems to speak of. The actual construction took less than five months. It was finished early. They came to the house to check everything several times for the first six months after we moved in, which was comforting.

The process in which this was done was extremely efficient, and easy on us. After looking at several different models, and choosing our upgrades, the papers were signed and the actual project began. We were kept informed every step of the way, which was helpful, because we still lived in California at the time. It took a total of five months, and we moved in on time. We especially liked the follow up visits. They come to the house, thirty days after moving in, then at sixty days and finally after six months. We have had few problems, and excellent service.

Del Webb Coventry Homes was able to get my home built without any major problems. We have had a few minor things and they came back and changed it within a couple of weeks. They met all the timelines established in the beginning and I would consider it a very solid build with quality products.

The representative assigned to us, was very outgoing, and seemed generally concerned about our satisfaction. If there were any problems during construction, or questions, they needed to ask, we were contacted right away. There were a few things, that needed repair, after we moved in, and this was done immediately. We have no complaints about the way this project went.
