Scott has let his business license expire and is not incorporated as he advertises. He emptied skimmer baskets and skimmed pool and dumped contents in yard next to pool pump an heater, Every time wind blew would fill up pool again. When complained, he stated no one else minded. Purchased a trash can for him since he does not take waste out. Frequently had to call an complain as he did not empty skimmer and just seemed to slop water around the pool to look like he did something. Often did not add chlorine tablets to pool. Last time when called again to complain he said *%^$ off, it is too cold to clean the pool. He had taken my check for $95.00 an cashed it already, but refused to come and do the work or return my check. Contacted BBB and licensing bureau, but there is not much they can do. Stay away from this guy who will take your money and not perform service. Used him from July through January. Also he insists you pay him for month in advance or will not come to your house.
Description of Work: Signed a contract for a years pool service on 07/14/2010. Basic service including weekly service, pump and skimmer baskets cleaned and chemicals added.
