DC sound

An acceptable, but unremarkable experience.  No problems, but nothing to be delighted about.  The quality of work was good - best part of the experience.

These were very very friendly guys. I was surprised that they didn't know exactly what parts to use to put my stereo in and it took a little longer than I had expected. It took two days. The price changed a couple of times and it made me feel sort of uncomfortable. But they were very apologetic and accommodating and in the end, made me feel a little better. 

Currently, the clock on the car isn't working but they would be happy to fix it and I just need to take the time to get the car to them.

I probably wouldn't use them again until they have a little more experience and because they are on the other side of town.

The new stereo doesn't charge our phone anymore. I drove half an  hour to get to them it was fixed when I left it stopped working. I went back a third time and he said he couldn't fix it without an additional part.

They are great as far as costumer service and I can tell they want to help me.

My XM radio was loosing power from time to time. I drove into their shop and was immediately greeted by the service manage.  I informed him of my problem and he diagnosed the problem, opened the dashboard, traced the wiring and located the bad connection. He repaired the connection and replaced everyrhing back to its original condition.  When I asked for the bill, he patted me on the shoulder and told me it was "on the house".  He had spent about 30 minutes of labor fixing my problem.  Obviously, I told him we would recommend him and use his services in the future.  The address of DC Sound, which we located on the internet, is 600 West Sunset Rd, Henderson.  The phone number is 702.664.2102
