DO NOT USE!!!!!  They have filled Chapter 7 

Overall the job did not go very well.
In the beginning we were pleased with our designer because he was very helpful with developing ideas and making decisions about the final design. He was very professional and we were under the impression that everything else would go smoothly. He also assured us that CIS have installed stone walls many times and are capable of doing the job. 
The hearth went down beautifully, but once the wall technicians arrived everything went downhill from there. We were left with guys who obviously did not know a thing about prepping the wall for stone installation. We actually used YouTube to get instructions so we could instruct them how to do it, otherwise they would have simply applied it straight to the wall! But when we tried to explain to them they did not speak English at all. 
At that point the designer was not involved in the building process but a project manager was. He knew nothing about what was discussed with the designer so we had to repeat information to him. They sent in a new team of guys who could speak better English and they basically had to remove what was there because it was incorrect. 
After the stone shipment arrived we noticed that they were not even close to the color family of the samples our designer gave us. So that was another delay. Thankfully, I did research prior to hiring CIS so I was able to go to a Stone supplier to find an alternative. I chose the new stones myself because at that point the designer was no longer working for the company and I did not want to deal with another possible incompetent employee. I also just wanted the job done.
By the time we got to the process of finishing the wall we became heavily involved with the application of the stone. On the last day, when the job was mostly finished, the technician said he did not have the proper materials to fill in cracks and edges. At that point we decided to finish it ourselves because we just wanted them out of our house. 
We could have done the wall ourselves but we have very busy schedules so we thought by hiring CIS it would save us time and the hassle. That was not the case. It was a very stressful experience.

The design part of the process was excellent.  The quality of the installation and the product wasn't as what I expected for the price.

After signing a contract with Creative Interior Solutions for a master bath re model and giving a 50 percent deposit I received an email 4 weeks later stating they were shut down by the IRS.

We had signed a contract with them and the contract was signed on August 11 2014 and they never had come in. Every time they went to this town or county whatever need it be with the stuff and had to keep going back, keep going back and keep going back. We requested cancellation and we had to give him a 30 day notice and I think we gave to him in October I don't remember exactly because they are in breach of the contract basically. They just said we understand because I kept out email. They had somebody new the construction manager went of town for two weeks or four weeks and nothing was done during that time. Then they hired somebody new and nobody was doing anything and they just talk about completely and expected us to sit there and we paid them upfront and we ended up losing of course that money. It was already in October and we are supposed to be in by there. They were doing things that were even part of the project and it was a mess. I would not recommend them going to them. There was so much going on with them and that they didn't have time for us in my opinion. We were going to add a one bedroom and two bathrooms. I just don't think they had any idea of what they were doing. I would not use them in the future.
