Costco has good prices and a great reputation for treating its employees well, so I like to support the store.  I don't live in Las Vegas, but like most Costcos, this Henderson location was very busy--it was Saturday--and the lines were long.

Everything went as expected.

HELPER WAS VERY CARING SHE NEEDED A LITTLE MORE EXPERTISE WITH REGARD TO TYPES OF LENS.

A young man collecting carts stopped and asked if he could help me load cases of water and heavy items into car,  then he refused any tip!  Very nice surprise.  Worth returning just for that!

They had a better return policy so that was why we went with them. When you get online they don't deliver out of the local store, they deliver out of their online services. We are always pleased with it. It's always right what they say and they always take things back with no problems so we've always been pleased with Costco. We always try to start with Costco because we are so pleased with them, and they have always taken things back well. They don't charge restocking fees or anything. I think their delivery was included. It is always exactly what they say they are going to be and that is what we appreciate.

Costs and service both better than I expected.

They were quick, courteous, and thorough.  If I have any complaints, it would be about my own behavior.  I was in a lot of pain when I was having the work done and as a result was not as patient or courteous as I should have been.

When the tech covered he mouth and had me repeat words, it became evident that I was using lip-reading to supplement my hearing.

Disaster.1. The grout lines were misaligned at an odd angle with the rest of the existing adjacent tile floor, walls, and thresholds leaving large, deep gaps, 2. Only one guy showed up after the first day (instead of the promised four), and he inexplicably used scrap tile lengths in a conspicuous center threshold, unnecessarily (no shortage of extra tiles). 3. the grout was improperly mixed resulting in color variation from white to dark, uneven , holes, cracks, etc. There are missed areas, possibly improper subfloor prep, etc. 4. The toilet was reinstalled too close to the wall that the top won't fit down, very poor clean-up and other more serious problems that will require me to report. The salesmen, management and crew were irresponsible and untrustworthy.
It is not yet resolved, and COSTCO Corporate has pledged to do whatever's necessary to try to correct the installation and stand behind it...
To Angies' List: Upon logon you solicited a review for my local COSTCO, and boy do I have something to warn about.
I notice that you request reviews without disclosing the categories until too late to realize you wanted the COSTCO optometrists (!?). Well, they are independent, eg: Dr. Karsten. Did i waste my time responding to your request? The reviews of local MDs and clinics are also all mixed up because AL is not keeping the doctors straight vs. irrelevant reviews. Thank you.

They were very responsive and had me back in the hearing category in minutes. As always the shopping and tastes were great.

Check out lines move quickly so don't be intimidated if the line is long.

They did a good job and had a very good quality garage door.

Store was clean and merchandise was attractively displayed. I looked at selection of eye ware and decided that I prefer to order on line for better prices. Decided to use an optomitrist closer to my home.

They do everything. I have been using them for 20 years. They're an outstanding organization! Everything about them is outstanding! Everybody there that I worked wtih was good at what they did, and they wanted to do the best job they possibly could for the company. They were incredibly nice, polite and respectful to me. They are a big part of my life for that 20 years, and I understand the culture. I know the guy that used to run it, and he is the reason that they get "A's" from everybody on everything. If they were ever to get a "B", and find out about it, they fix it. It's been about a year since I bought my hearing aids from them. I take them in about every six months. They clean them, and put new tubes on it. Their staff is excellent!

They had a good selection. The shop was clean. I liked the staff. They were very helpful. I liked the way the items were laid out and the quality of their goods. Their pricing was competitive.

He was very pleased with the glasses and with the price; it was a little over $400. Even though we paid out of pocket, it was considerably less than what we paid usually in other places.

We feel they are the best. They, by far, have the best deal, the best warranty and the best service on anything for hearing aids. They were half the price of private agencies. They guarantee it and will replace it in 2 years. There are so many positives about Costco that we refer everything in our family to them. The people are all really professional. They are wonderful. They will call back.

Excellent! I have compared Costco to other providers and they have good quality and price. There have replaced screws a few times for free and a new set of glasses under the year warranty because a coating problem.

I was having a difficult time finding where to put the memory card and they helped me with that. The price was good.

They were very efficient and quick. They were prompt in their work.

The model and the price made me decide to buy the washing machine at Costco. Another factor in their favor was that they give a two-year warranty while everybody else gives one. The service is good. I had an issue with missing hoses and they just gave it to me when I went there.

They were very good. They traded the contact lens cheaper than any other place. They were cheaper by $20 per box. The service was good.
