CoolVu was awesome from the beginning with getting our residential tints. They got back to us very quickly with quotes for 3 varieties of tints, with a professional website breaking down all the specs of each tint. Nelly was very responsive to all the questions we had and Alondra and Johnny were the ones who came out to install the tints. They were so polite, efficient, and professional throughout the appointment. We couldnâ t be happier with the finished product.

Nelly was able to come in for a consult same day (she is amazing!) and was patient with me as I reviewed the samples. She was also able to book the install within the same week! The price came in below my other quote from another company. The install staff were nice, hard working, and detailed during the install. The last tenant left horrible black sheeting all over the windows and the team removed it (it looked difficult and I definitely didn’t want to do it myself). The frosted glass looks amazing and is very functional for my business. Highly recommend!

I hired this company through Angi to install security film on floor sliding glass doors. Unfortunately it has been a very slow process with significant delays. The installation of the security film on the four doors took more than four hours. They installed the film with too large of gaps between the film and the window trim The job was not finished because they had not run the caulk around the window trim and the film. Without the caulk, the security film is not effective. So, I have almond sliding glass door trims. The company only offers black, gray and white caulk and they wanted to apply that to my almond doors. Of course, that is ridiculous and would look hideous. This company does not know their business and do not care about their inferior film installations or how it looks, just that its done. The constant back and forth in trying to seek resolution is exhausting and there is still no resolution yet they are certainly demanding full payment for the completion of the job. Unfortunately, this happened to me, please don't let them ruin your project or perform a very inferior job.
