Rob came to our house, noticed our kitchen cabinets matched a wood he had perfectly, gave us an estimate, worked with us on design improvements, etc.  We met with him several more times before getting the exact design we wanted.  It took one full day to install it, but we are thrilled with the results.  We have more storage space, a beautiful entertainment center, and the price wasn't bad at all.  We will definitely start there if we have the need for any other built ins again.

I went into the showroom and selected which wood finishes, hardware, and accessories I wanted. A lady came over to my house and took measurements of the closet and asked lots of questions to determine what was important for me to want in a closet system. She then worked up a few options and emailed them to me. I selected one and we tweaked it a bit. We set up an installation date. 2 young men arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up every speck of mess they made. They asked me a few questions to confirm placement of accessories before installing them and they explained exactly what they would be doing so I knew. They offered to paint the areas of the closet where the old pieces of wood had been removed. Once complete, they reviewed their work with me to ensure my satisfaction. I was thrilled! I had always wanted a custom closet! I like to wait a while before reviewing installation work just to see if I am still as thrilled with the product as I was when it was new. I have to say, I still LOVE my closet!!

The planning stage went by fairly well. When it came time to place a deposit on the project, I gave the owner my credit card, that was a big mistake since he used it to charge the balance knowing I was not satisfied.

Delivery/install date was set and I chose upgraded cabinet pulls, both him and the receptionist confirmed. As the date approached, I discovered they either wrote the wrong date or changed it to a day I could not be home. Rescheduled to another day and as for the upgraded pulls they both claimed I never ordered them as they delivered the standard ones.

The installers were over an hour late and did not seem to know or understand the project. What was suppose to be a one day install, took three and on average 8 hours each. Main issue that the owner refused to take responsibility for was that when his and quot;bestand quot; installer put the TV unit in the opening he stressed the wall just enough to push the existing closet door frame making it impossible to close that door. His response was and quot;we did not install the closetand quot; infering that the door must have been that way.

Final insult, they took back the cabinet pulls and never gave me credit for the premium ones I ordered and did not get. I had to purchase additional ones at a home improvement store.

I couldn't be happier. The workmaship was excellent. We didn't know exactly what we wanted so we went through several iteration of design. They were patient and wanted to be sure we got what we wanted. Everytime we sent some change, they would send back a new set of drawings without question. We probably went back and forth 20 times, literally.
They showed up when they said they would and the installation took what they said it would. The cleanup was excellent. The workmen were the same for all 3 installations. I believe the main installation guy was Louis. He was polite and went out of his way to be professional.
This is not the most expensive stuff on the markey, but its not cheap either in quality or price. the material is a very high quality wood composition that has a beautiful finish, and is very strong. this is not your usual comp board at all. The workmanship is perfect, alignment of draws, doors and shelves couln't be better.
You won't be sorry if you use this company.

The price was fair. They are wonderful. They were on time. They had the proper materials and the work is gauranteed for life.

He actually comes to the home and makes measurements. They email you some different designs for closets. Each closet is made to your measurements. When you agree on it, they come in and install it. They make the product right there. I was very impressed. I liked the fact that they were very nice. I'm all about local businesses, and I liked the fact that they make the product right here.

The work turned out well. We were happy with their response; they came out right away explained what they wanted to do. The work was done the next week and the work only took the guy about three hours to complete. We are happy with the results.
