I had a positively GREAT experience buying this car from Chapman. All the people involved in the sale were over-the-top helpful and did much more than expected to make this work right. In every way, they and quot;did the right thingand quot; to satisfy me, including making repairs after the sale that were not specifically mentioned in the contract - like a turn signal did not operate correctly.
Dan Seaver, the Sales Manager, took care of these things quickly and without a hitch. Josie Soto, the salesperson, was just so nice and so helpful.
It's nice to know that there is still at least one major car dealership (Chapman has all kinds of brands in a number of cities throughout the West) that really seems to care that they make a good deal and make it the way it should be. They definitely satisfied me in this sale.

I did not have an appointment to take my jeep in and they took me in anyways and my jeep was done in about and hour. They are great.

They took me to be a complete idiot. I know about automotive repair and they tried to tell me I needed something that I knew I did not need. I feel like they quoted me a service and price to me that was way too much. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would tell them to go in the other direction.

About average for every dealership I had been too. After I realized it was the performance shop's fault and not something dodge did I went elsewhere.

Everything went great. There was a glitch in the computer and they got it fixed. Mike was great to work with. I am very happy with everything.

This was the second time I have brought my Jeep into Chapman's, and they fixed the problem that time as well. I like they way I am treated at Chapman's. Almost as if I am more important than anyone else. The transmission was fixed, and we picked it up two days later, it has not slipped since. They may be able to make my one hundred and thirty five thousand mile Jeep last a little longer.
