 + -1 moreI had a positively GREAT experience buying this car from Chapman. All the people involved in the sale were over-the-top helpful and did much more than expected to make this work right. In every way, they and quot;did the right thingand quot; to satisfy me, including making repairs after the sale that were not specifically mentioned in the contract - like a turn signal did not operate correctly. Dan Seaver, the Sales Manager, took care of these things quickly and without a hitch. Josie Soto, the salesperson, was just so nice and so helpful. It's nice to know that there is still at least one major car dealership (Chapman has all kinds of brands in a number of cities throughout the West) that really seems to care that they make a good deal and make it the way it should be. They definitely satisfied me in this sale.

Description of Work: The great General Manager at Chapman Chrysler is Gary Brewer and he is the reason I would not go any place else to get a car. They are the very best in all parts of customer service. This man cares and it showed within every employee there! Customer service is number one at Chapman Chrysler Henderson NV.

 + -1 moreThey took me to be a complete idiot. I know about automotive repair and they tried to tell me I needed something that I knew I did not need. I feel like they quoted me a service and price to me that was way too much. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would tell them to go in the other direction.

 + 0 moreAbout average for every dealership I had been too. After I realized it was the performance shop's fault and not something dodge did I went elsewhere.
Description of Work: I had an electric fuse block melt in half because of faulty wiring done by a performance shop. They replaced the fuse block and wanted to charge me for more stuff I didn't need, so I got my truck back and went elsewhere.

 + 0 moreThis was the second time I have brought my Jeep into Chapman's, and they fixed the problem that time as well. I like they way I am treated at Chapman's. Almost as if I am more important than anyone else. The transmission was fixed, and we picked it up two days later, it has not slipped since. They may be able to make my one hundred and thirty five thousand mile Jeep last a little longer.
Description of Work: Chapman Chrysler Jeep repaired the transmission on my nineteen ninety nine Jeep Cherokee. It was slipping when I first accelerated.
