She is always on top of her game. Will always address any issues and keeps me informed in a timely manner. Have had her for 25 years. I wish all my property managers were like her.

We haven't fully engaged to gone through the process with them yet. I looked them up on Angie's and they weren't there, we haven't really used a realtor and we are going to use her and after she gets the house then I can submit the stuff in. The agent did take us on for a week on a tour of home so that I can tell you about and they did a great job. There wasn't anything I did not like about them. The agent was very punctual and efficient and friendly and professional. I would continue to use them in the future.

There is nothing short about a short sale.  We waited approximately 6 months to close while dealing with two properties.  There was some frustration with sellers not wanting to disclose financials to their banks or  a seller's agent who was providing reassurances of short sale progress when nothing was happening.  Maryanne was in it long with us.  During this period we continued to look at other properties.  Her focus was not on the sale but the "perfect home" which we landed.  We dealt with some interim agents while she was on travel and they seemed more concerned in spending all of our pre approve financing.  Maryanne is patient and empathetic to your situation.  She is knowledgeable of the Henderson market and will leverage her know how to get you in the perfect home.
