The contractor showed up on time to clean all the tile flooring and shampoo our bedroom.  Overall about 2000SF of floor.  They worked very efficiently and did an excellent job.  The kitchen was the worst with the grout really dirty.  Once they were done it was clean and almost like new.  Highly recommend.

I had submitted an earlier on a rental house but I am so pleased with them, I had to do another report. . I get my tile deep cleaned once a year. Last year when I got it done with another company, they left a film or something on my tile-even when I had them come out twice. So when I would mop it once a week, it never seemed clean. Carducci's came out on time, did a wonderful job, and my tile finally looks clean again. They aren’t in a hurry and took their time. They did a fantastic job on my carpet too.

i have a rental and the tenants trashed the carpets bad. i thought i would have to replace the living room carpet. They came out with just not the truck mount machine, but with a big round scrubber , scrubbed it up and then sucked it up with the hot water/steam machine. what a fantastic job they did. nice guys too. i have found my perfect carpet people. i can't wait til they do my own house.

Carducci does our carpets every four months, they are punctual, professional and they always do an awesome job of our seven carpets.
