Great company to have work for you. From my initial call, to house visit for estimate, to scheduling, and installation day their communication was quick and professional. The two electrician's were polite and professional. They honored their $50 discount coupon (mentioning this because some companies just say they're expired). In/out in three hours. Total cost: $700 (plus whatever I have to pay my painter for a minor drywall hole repair; we had to make one for wiring purposes and was explained to me way back during the estimate process).

Technician found issue. Problem resolved.

Kyle fit us into his busy schedule to meet a deadline as one homeowner had to travel within a few days of our contacting his company. He was very prompt in returning calls and patient in responding to all questions and concerns prior to our contracting his company to do our project. His work was meticulous and his price very reasonable compared to other companies we interviewed, some of which never even followed up to provide an estimate. His attention to detail, critical thinking, and knowledge about fixtures and wiring saved us much money and grief as he proposed the perfect solution to our project. Not one of the other 7 companies offered his idea. They proposed much more elaborate and costly solutions which unnecessarily included drilling extra holes in our ceiling and walls that would require another contractor to come in and repair. Kyle was very well-mannered and friendly and very considerate of his customer's needs and as well as their property. While completing our project involving six different lighting fixtures, Kyle cared enough to make sure we were satisfied with every single detail of installation. He and his partner were careful in their consideration of our property, especially with maneuvering their 16 foot ladder in our stairway so as not to cause any damage to our walls. This was one of the most professional companies that we have dealt with in Nevada and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Job was performed and contractor took the time to explain installation process - very helpful. Also asked if any services were required before he left and he was very courteous. Would definitely use this company again if any further electrical problems occur.

Mike was top notch, but the apprentice with him needed a little more guidance. At one point the apprentice started cutting a hole in the ceiling. When asked if he had measured, he replied "yes." The hole was way out of alignment from the others and it was mentioned to him. He reluctantly remeasured and found that his "original" measurement was off. I am not sure what would have happened had we not caught him in the act. Keep in mind that with this type of project you will have to hire a drywall specialist to repair any holes left by the electrician, which will end up costing a couple hundred extra. They did recommend an incredible drywall guy.

It was done in 10 minutes.

They gave us a two hour window, instead of a four hour window which was pretty awesome. They had no idea what tools or parts they would need, but showed up to the job prepared and were able to do the work we needed the same day as they provided an estimate, for a price that was beyond fair. They knew what they were doing, projected an air of professionalism and had such great customer service prompting me to write that you, the consumer, would be a fool not to use their services.

He uses eco-friendly materials and always gives us his honest opinion of whether something makes sense or isn't worth the time/money to do. He's done landscape lighting, wiring of light-switches, moving a ceiling fan, and some other items for us - and every one has been excellent! We've referred several neighbors to Brandon, and they are 100% happy with his work, too. I only wish all of our service providers were as good as Brandon and Callidus Electric!!!
