C and C Roofing

After talking to several other roofing companies, over the years, we learned Chuck Grape (C and C Roofing) was the only roofer who told us Lewis Homes (builder) had shorted us on the rows of tiles they installed. This resulted in water draining into the nail holes of the lower tile. Our roof had leaks and needed work. When we called other roofing companies to obtain estimates to re-roof our home, we remembered what Chuck Grape (C and C Roofing) had told us regarding the tile. However, no other company noticed the problem apart from Chuck Grape. Of the other roofing companies who gave us estimates Chuck Grape (C and C Roofing) was the only one who spent several hours inspecting our roof, taking photographs and explaining the problems we were having, and how we could fix them for a long-term solution. He gave us information on how we could improve our quality, yet control our cost. He is the only roofer, we have encountered, who pays special attention to the details of a re-roofing project. When the project was completed we were very thankful we trusted his attention to detail and the excellent advice he gave us.
