What made this company so great is the honesty of the sales manager Craig Andrews, the happiness of the crews, the great communication, the extra steps they took to keep the work site clean.  They have all their own crews for different stages.  When a crew showed up, in a timely manner, they knew exactly what to do and stayed until the job was finished. 10 days for the whole process and the end result a brand new looking pool, spa and cool deck. I highly recomend this company.

Jay (the owner) and one of the supervisors came out to figure out what was wrong with our pool. We have an issue with the chemical balance, poor maintenance, and a bad re-plastering job--not done by BND. Jay was so sweet and truly cared about what was happening with our pool, that he offered to fix someone else's mess for us.  He had someone there the next day at 7am to start working on our spa. It was done within 2 hours, and he was so professional and respectful at our home. He was very careful not to get any chemicals on the deck, and he cleaned everything up before he left. If BND had done the work for us in the first place, it would of saved us over 6 mos of heartache. I was in tears, and Jay assured us he would take care of the problem. He is amazing and has a huge heart, sticks by his word, and knows how to treat people with compassion.

Very pleased. The pool looks fabulous! They were very responsive when we thought something was wrong and quickly came out to fix something when it really was wrong! Highly recommend.

I gave the salesman $1000.00 cash as a deposit for the job.  I was under the impression that when the job was done that someone would come and inspect there job and collect the final payment.  Well 3 weeks went by and no one came.  Then the salesman stopped by and wanted the balance that was owed. I told him that I had mailed the check to them.  I asked why no one came out and he really didn't have an answer except he said they should have come to see if I was happy with the job. I proceed to tell him about the mess and I also have black stains on the surface spa. He told me they would call me and set up a time for them to come out and fix the issues. As of today 4-16 I have not heard from them and they have received there final payment.
They came the first day and chipped out the spa.  There was chips of plaster everywhere on my patio which I thought they would clean up.  They did clean some but left a mess I figured they would clean better when the project was finished. The next day they came and applied the plaster.  I was told nothing as to how to care for the new surface. On my quote form it stated they would explain how to care for it for the next 30 days. I read further and it told me not to vacuum for at least 30 days.  With the winds here I did get some debris in the spa they caused black spots.
I would never ever recommend this company for anything.  The way I was treated is not the way a good business should  work. I did read other peoples responses and thought this company was good Boy was that wrong. I do hope this is posted for everyonr to read so maybe other customer will use another company

We selected BND out of about 5 different contractors. I was impressed with Jody from our first meeting, when he gave the estimate. He took the time to talk, and understand what we were looking for, gave advice, and explained what made BND different.
In the end, they were a little more expensive than some of the other contractors - but I was able to negotiate the price to, what I considered, a fair deal. After all is said and done - it was a great deal!
As far as the caliber of the actual work they did - it looks amazing.  We were so impressed by the professionalism of all the individuals who worked on our pool - the chip out crew, the tile crew, and the plaster crew were all very tidy, and did exceptional work.  Jody came by on the day of the plaster to inspect (today) - and he will be coming by tomorrow, after the pool is filled to make sure everything's in good shape.
I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use BND again. They do great work, and were professional. Our pool looks amazing!

Mr. Jody Johnson came by, inspected our pool, listened carefully to what we asked them to do, answered all questions patiently and in detail. At no point did we feel pressured into anything we hadn't planned on to begin with. Jody was always quick to respond to emails or phone calls, before, during, and after the process. We had gotten several other estimates first. This company impressed us as the most professional and knowledgeable of all of them, AND their price was very competitive.
The crew that performed the work was punctual, polite, professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves meticulously.
What impressed me the most was not only that every one on that crew spoke English well, but also knew enough about the job that they could answer my questions and explain the process in detail as well!
The pool looks brand new, and the surface feels so much smoother on the feet than the old plaster had!
We would HIGHLY recommend BND to anyone who needs pool repairs or replastering done!

Everything about the experience went as planned I am happy with the service.

BND was selected over competitors because of their Angie's List rating. It was a good choice. At every step of the way, from the intial meeting with Jody to the final installation of the pop-ups after the pool was filled, we were informed of daily progress, timelines for workmen, and any delays (there was a minor delay in getting the pebble material). I was contacted by phone at every step by Shawna, who was kind, professional and kept us informed. Our pool was completed as scheduled and we have been completely satisfied with the quality of their work and their professionalism.
We gave an A grade for all items except price. They were more expensive than other competitors who had excellent Angie's List reviews. However, they did discount half the difference. A price match would have earned an A grade.
This is a well-run business that works hard to make its customers satisfied.

UPDATE: Since BND did such a great job, we called them about 2 weeks later to see if they could point us to someone who could help us with getting the pool chemicals right. The owner returned the call and personally gave us instructions and his personal cell number in case we were still having problems. Now THAT is service. We are VERY impressed with BND!

It was good and they're professional. They have great work and also timely. They have a quality.

Jay came over and gave us an estimate. We had a few others come over to compare estimates and decided to go with BND because they were a bit cheaper and had good reviews on Angies LIst.  They were very accommodating of our schedule because of our work hours and having a dog that we didn't want to lock up all day.  They gave us an itinerary from the very beginning and they even finished an entire week ahead of schedule.  There were a couple of spots on the steps that we weren't happy with and they came back over and acid washed the steps to make it look better.  We are very happy with the results and can't wait to use our pool. The hardest part was waiting an entire month before we could put our vacuum back in.

I had three estimates and two of them I believed to be overpriced($1800-$2300), and one company had not returned my call or e-mail. The project went very well. Each day that the crew was on site, they did the job in a professional manner, always making sure to keep the area clean. The crew which did the plastering made sure the area around the pool was protected against any possible over spray of the plaster which was being applied with a pressure hose. The craftsmanship of applying and finishing of the plaster was outstanding .Attention to detail was great. Out in front of the house a plastic tarp was spread out on the street under the mixer for the plaster. After the job was finish, both the pool area and the street were wash down and left clean.

I contacted BND via email. Jody got back to us right away and we met the following day for an estimate. The estimate was slightly lower than I anticipated. When the work was completed everything was done exactly as we requested. 
A schedule was provided before any work started. BND crews followed the schedule, were on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Jody returned to check on the work during the various phases and schedule. 
Pool looks great, could not be happier.

Re-plastered our pool and spa. Re-surfaced Decking. The job looks fabulous.  They did everything they said they would.  The only knock was that it took more time to get done, but that could have been due to getting the work done at the most busy time of the year. This is a small company and I love working with the little guy

The sales person offered us a big variety of solutions. We decided for the black pebble solution with a mosaic fish. The technicians came to pump out the water and two days later they took out the old plaster. After the job they cleaned the backyard. They even vacuumed the lawn. Very good job. But then the office forgot to order the mosaic fish. We had to wait one week to get it. It seems in the office there is just one lady familiar with the projects. Finally they finished it. The pool looks great and we are happy with it. The technicians are very professional.

Most importantly, let me say that I wound up with a beautiful re-plastering of my pool.  The plasterers seem to be very experienced and I am totally thrilled with the final result.  Also, it is a relief to have the new auto-fill that should have been installed by the house's original owner when the pool was built.  However, there were a few hiccups along the way.
 I called BND to inquire and salesman made an appointment with me then didn't show up.  A complete lack of respect and never an apology from the guy.  I called in again and was contacted by Jody Johnson, a fellow who was very experienced and professional.   I contracted to have BND do the work.
There was a lot of stress and work involved that came as a shock to me.
The stress was caused by some goofs and mistakes by the crew that were of serious concern to me.  I was worried sick about having blown four grand because some of the plumbing work had been done amateurishly, and the pool wasn't a pretty picture.  The pool's tile had plaster residue all over it and the crew made the mistake of laying my black rubber garden hose on the bottom of the pool before filling it.  This left ugly black marks on the pool bottom.
The main problem was that I wasn't told who to contact at BND to remedy the problems.  There was a lot of dismissal until I found the right gal who seemed genuinely concerned that I was happy with the job.  After expressing my feelings to her, the problems were all addressed immediately and professionally.  I had no further complaints and am still favorably impressed with BND.
I wasn't aware of the post-plastering work that I was facing in the way of having to brush the plaster dust in the pool several times a day for weeks.  When the job is finished the foreman hands you a printed sheet letting you know what you must do, now that the plastering is new and fresh.  This brushing may possibly be only a problem for me because I chose to re-plaster to a white plain plaster finish that the pool originally had.   I don't know about the care needed for textured finishes.
I definitely would recommend BND Plastering.  My pool is gorgeous now and I realize that it is a big project so some things are going to possibly go wrong.  I felt that BND cared about my satisfaction and took care of business even after receiving my final check.

Prompt response! I appreciate the honest, transparent and prompt service. Fixed my pool pressure and avoided replacing my heater. I was expecting to replace it and he could have easily agreed but obviously did not.

I came across BND from a referral, to do my plaster.  My pool is huge (20x40 and 10' deep) and it needed to be entirely redone with new plaster and tile.  I met  with JAY, they V.P.  Jay gave me a fair price and did a great job.  He  continues to be helpful with my questions related to my pool, but were not  part of the job.  
What I was impressed the most with is that  Jay didn't give me and run around and was always straight with me, even  if what he was telling me wasn't the popular info or what I wanted to hear.  
The pool looks great.  I went with Cayman Green for my color, which I strongly recommend.  It ends up looking like the blue from the Caribbean.
