I was referred to Blue Chip cleaning when i went to get my car washed at 7 Hills. THey had a referral flyer with a special first-time user rate of 65$ for the whole house. I took them up on the offer (I like when small businesses refer other small businesses) and was really happy with the housecleaning. I am a little picky and they did all the little stuff (baseboards!) that I hate doing. I think their usual rate is 100 / house and depends on the room. But ask for the intro rate if you never used them.
