They have increased the price substantially for other people but they have agreed to remain at the same price for us. We haven’t seen any bugs. We will continue to use them as long as they keep the price stable.

We have been using Blackburn since 1997. As a result, our bug population is very low. We seldom see a bug in the house. If we do have a problem, Blackburn will return and take care of it at no additional charge. We usually have only the outside of the house sprayed, but anytime we want, they will also do the inside at no additional cost. We usually do that about twice a year just to make sure.

Ants tend to be a big problem in my home. I just cannot seem to get rid of them. Blackburn does a very good job with maintaining them. I feel the job they do is as good as it is ever going to be. I have signed a three year contract with them. I do not feel that I will find anyone to do a better job; therefore, I am going to stick with them. I pay them yearly and the expense is not very high; I feel it is pretty reasonable.
