Bike Shop always takes excellent care of me and my family. This time they gave my bike a tune-up for about $40, and I bought a pump for $40. As always, customer service is great. These are nice people who really know what they're doing. Once you start bringing your bike(s) to them, they take care of you. Several times they've fixed minor things and charged me nothing. They also sell top quality products. You may feel you pay a little more for your gear/bikes as compared with places like walmart, but that's because the products are high quality. This store is a gem.
