Beazer Homes built us a beautiful new home from one of their floor plans with all our specific choices in color, appliances, fixtures and other cosmetic choices we made. The house has a two-year warranty on these types of things. We had a couple of things for them to tend to and they came right out when we called them. The company has been very helpful and professional and we are very pleased with our new home.

We had a new home built by Beazer Homes. The warranty people have been great to take care of our complaints. The house was ordered from one of their many floorplans. Everything was put on hold for six months due to code regulations in the building area. The company is professional. The warranty people have been awesome and every one of our complaints has been looked after. We had a crack in the wall, some minor plumbing problems and a few other cosmetic things that were fixed up very efficiently. We had shopped around before choosing Beazer Homes and locked in our price the previous year. We are pleased with the house, as it seems to have a solid construction.

Beazer Homes are a well built home and the sales representative was very kind and helpful showing us models and explaining things to us. They have a good warranty and customer service is great. They are professional and their prices were good.
