I ordered flowers for an anniversary. The two colors I wanted for the roses were out of stock so I settled for basic red. They were also out of the purple vase which is shown in the arrangement I ordered. It was supposed to be a surprise delivery for the next day. They delivered it the day prior (the day I placed the order). The delivery person left a note and number at the address saying they had a delivery. Luckily I found this out prior to my mom making the call to flower shop and intercepted. I called the shop and told them the person may be calling and to come up with some excuse. They did and the surprise wasn't totally ruined. I was glad they came up with something and played along. I feel the arrangement was small and not worth the amount I spent on it. Also the fact that I had to settle because they didn't have what I wanted, they could have given me a discount.

We are a small locally owned business that prides our selves on excellent customer service and superior product. We strive to make each and every customer's experience a positive one. If you had contacted us we would have done our best to rectify anything you found unacceptable. We are so sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the delivery date, and you seem satisfied with how that issue was handled. Like most florist's websites, ours does give you the approximate dimensions of the arrangement you selected. We also note that substitutions may need to be made because it almost impossible to stock every item daily. The arrangement you selected shows six roses and it notes it is also a one sided arrangement. We added hydrangea, additional roses, and the arrangement was all around instead of one sided. The flowers were beautiful and was exactly the way she said it would look. I am very happy with the quality of the flowers and the arrangement was fabulous. Beautiful Bouquet Florist is A+ in my book and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. They are reasonable in price and the owner is very helpful in offering suggestions especially when it is a funeral you are ordering flowers for. You don't have a clear mind on the details and Korby was there to offer her help. I am very happy with Beautiful Bouquet Florist.

These people were excellent to deal with. Even though we stopped in at the last minute, they were very accommodating and explained (and showed) numerous options. It was clear that the woman was quite experienced with floral arrangements. When I realized my girlfriend was planning to take the flower arrangement to the church herself early the next morning, I asked them if they could handle it and they said yes! Their pricing was reasonable for both the flowers and the delivery. The flower arrangement was very appropriate for the occasion and for what my girlfriend was looking for - And it was very beautiful. I highly recommend "A Beautiful Bouquet." (I have also used them in the past via online fruit basket orders.) I like being able to support a local business.
