BEAST TAMERS

Both our laptop and desktop computers showed obvious signs of improper operation - and YES I have ant-virus software installed on both. I called Ms Meyers on a Sunday morning to report the problem. She came to my house that Sunday and took both units back to her repair location.  Around 7:00 PM (on Sunday!) she returned both repaired units.

Ms. Meyers came to my house & picked up the lap top. She took it to her home, used the necessary software/equipment to clean the hard drive, etc, etc.  She returned it to like-new condition.
This was not the first time I have used her services and would not hesitate to call her in the future.
(footnote: I had a problem with the Cox modem, and Cox 'rebooted' the modem from their office....what Cox DIDN'T do was tell me the procedure necessary to assure my router would work correctly. I called Ms. Meyers and she gave me phone instructions - I followed her instructions and everything works fine (which should be obvious because I'm now on-line filing this report)
Of course Cox had wanted to send their Techs out to my home (for a fee)   Thank you Ms. Meyers for saving me money!

Ms Meyers was responsive, professional, and on-time. When she could not repair it at my home she took it with her and repaired it over the weekend. She returned it in 2 days as good as new.

Our computer went down. I called Cox and they said it wasn't them. Mrs Myers came over and said that Cox probably had a computer outage and she fixed our computer.

She's very knowledgeable. She takes whatever time is necessary to explain everything to me. She gives you plenty of time to write notes. She's very tolerant of those who do not know much about computers.
