No good. His office called before his arrival and said the estimate was $200. The pro arrived and was very nice. He also said $200 after me showing what was to be done. I said write it up and we can both sign it. He wrote it up on his computer pad and showed it to me. It was for a total of $575. asked what happened to the $200 that quoted when he looked at the project. He then told me his company has a $575 minimum for a service call. I told him to forget doing the project.

First quote was for about$450 to replace a shower cartridge. Plumber said that that was the 'worst case scenario' price. Reluctantly I agreed, because I wanted it to be done asap. After about 30 minutes the plumber was finished and said it'll be $250 only. Still pricey given that the part itself is about $50
