I will never hire this company again. We paid 50% upfront with a signed contract to do the backyard only. They started 2 weeks late, after much nagging and begging and pleading on our part. We were on vacation when they finally started. Our house sitter sent us daily updates, and low and behold, they tore out our front yard, which we did NOT have a contract with them to do!! When we returned, Will, the manager/owner, harassed us nonstop to pay for the front yard. The actual work that was done in the back yard was acceptable, but they did not provide a water source for our large tree in the front yard when they removed the sprinklers for the turf. We have tried for weeks to get them to come out and correct this to no avail. We will probably have to hire somebody else to come do it or lose the tree out front. I would give Will an "F" for the way he has failed to respond, but the work the crew did in the backyard raised that rating to a "D". Another warning - if you are female, do not expect any respect from this company. The only time they respond to my messages is when they want money. Otherwise, I have to have my husband call them.

There could have been better customer service from the owner and better response time in addressing our concerns. It took them six months to address our concerns.
