They never called us to schedule a time that would work for us but instead called and said they were coming with the trees.  We both work so this was very inconsiderate to say the least.  Then, I HAD to be somewhere and couldn't rush back to inspect and pay, so I said we will look tonight when we get home from work and pay the next day.  When we got home our backyard and side yard was flooded because they left the water on.  This is the second time we used this company and the same thing happened the first time...our water was left on and a neighbor saw the flooding and turned it off,, thank goodness. When I told him that his guys left the water running both times we hired him, all he could say was "sorry, don't know what you want me to say..it's never happened before with a customer.  I found that hard to believe but I don't know for sure.  I would not recommend this company.

Do not call this company unless you just want to throw your money away.  Just give it to your neighbor.

He never finished the work. In my contact I was supposed to have a year of service from him and he never came back. I had to hire other providers to come out to do my yard work. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Awful experience!! This has been going on almost a year. When we decided on Aquarius to do our work they kept putting us off to begin the project. When they finally started they used pieces of lazy lawn to patch together of puzzle of our backyard instead of using one piece and cutting it out. At first we were told that we were waiting for a new roll to come and then we were told that we were at the end of the roll. It took them about three days to install the product and the people they used weren't even trained in this area. There were areas were weren't happy with after they finished, they caused concern for our dogs safety. We made numerous attempts to contact them & they never returned phone calls. We got the Nevada Contractors Board involved and we still don't have the situation rectified and they were brought in in August!! Don't use these people, they're shady and have absolutely no business being in business.
