Anytime Fitness

It is large enough to accommodate a lot of people and I like that.

The machines are good quality. It's never that crowded which is nice. You never have to wait.

The location that I signed up at and had problems with was the location on 3255 St. Rose Pkwy. The facility is not as nice as other Anytime Fitness Centers around the city and the staff is very rude and dishonest. I signed up for a 6 month membership without auto renewal because I was recovering from a knee injury. After my membership expired they continued to bill me. I called and they said that I was signed up for auto renewal. I provided a copy of my contract showing that it was not auto renewal. Then David Judd said that some lady in the center told him that I had renewed verbally. I told him that they can't just do that and that I had a copy of the contract as proof of the terms. He said I had access to the facility eventhough I never went after my contract expired. He said that he would not refund the payment and that I had to physically come to the office to cancel. I said that he was not doing the right thing according to the contract. He asked what did I want and I told him a refund. He said ok but has still not refunded the money. He screens his calls and the only way I could track him down was to catch him walking into the office. I would definitely never use this center again.

It's a smaller gym that is located right by my house. It has your basic equipment, but it doesn't have classes all day. It's very, very clean. It is all we need. My husband goes every day.
