everything went great. they did the work professionally while I waited about 15 minutes. even gave me a bottle of cold water while I waited. highly recommend.

They sent it out to someone to do the repairs (don't know the name of the person who actually did the repairs). It was ready in about 3 - 4 weeks. It ran about a minute slow per day. After about a month I took it back to Anthem Jewelers to get it regulated. It was ready in about three weeks. Since then it has run within about 5 - 10 seconds per day which is great for an old wind-up watch, even a Rolex. Don't know what happened the first time, but I'm very happy with the final results.

I have the double wedding band that the engagement ring goes in the middle. I had it soldered together about a year and a half ago at the quick fix place in the mall for $60. The solder broke this last week and the engagement ring was moving around. I looked on angies list, picked Anthem jewelers. When I went in and told them what I wanted I got 2 choices. I could have the rings soldered the way it was done before for $20.00 or have the bumps taken off and have the rings permanetly soldered together for $50.00. Both options cheaper than the fast fix place. I chose the $50 solution and am happy with the look and feel. They polished them up for me too.

I called to get a quote to replace a battery on a Breitling. I did not say watch, I said Breitling B-1. I was quoted $25, by far the best price I've had for a battery replacement in the 8 years I've owned this watch. Should've known better - when I got there, the price was suddenly $50 because "Rolexes and Breitlings are more complicated." Yeah, that's why I said on the phone I needed a new battery for my BREITLING! So either the guy on the phone wasn't listening or he figured once I got there I wouldn't mind him doubling the price. Unprofessional or unethical, take your pick. And all for $25 extra - I can only imagine what they do for real money.

I showed them the band and my requirement to have it re-sized. The salesperson who greeted me took my ring into the back to show the jeweler then came back and said they could handle it. I left the ring with them and received a claim check. I was back on the appointed day to pick up the ring. It was ready and looked great.

I wanted to use a local business opposed to a chain one so I decided to use Anthem Jewelers. The resized an engagement and wedding ring that was welded together and they took it apart. they were very professional and nice. They were quick and did a good job. It was a little pricey but I was really pleased with what they did.

I had 4 jewelry items (2 rings, one bracelet and one gold chain) that needed repair. I had previously taken the 2 rings to a jeweler in a mall close to my home. They took 10 days just to give me an estimate on repairs. When the estimate came back it was over the top. I forgot about the repairs until recently and decided to check Angies List for a jewelry repair reference. I found one for Anthem and dropped by to see how much they would charge for the repairs. Not only were they extremely professional and friendly they quoted the job on the spot (not 10 days later). Had the job completed the next day (not 4-6 weeks) and the total cost was less than 1/2 the quote on the 2 rings alone at the mall. When I picked up the items they were very well done - exactly what I wanted and done with a smile. I find it harder and harder these days to find individuals who perform as expected and promised and with courtesy. I highly recommend this establishment. I will definitely go to them first for jewelry and repairs.

Time to repair and price were exactly as stated. Staff was friendly and helpful. They also quoted joining my wedding band and engagement ring for $40.00 and I intend to have them do the job at a future date.

I had visited three other Henderson area jewelers and each one informed me that the prongs securing my diamonds were ''most likely not platinum'' but I knew otherwise. Their quoted prices for the needed repair ranged from $85-200. When I visited Anthem Jeweler, I was impressed with Bill's knowledge of stones and repair/redesign. When he quoted me the price for my repairs, I immediately decided to have my work done at Anthem. I forgot to tell him that my prongs were platinum, however, when I picked my ring up (only 24 hours later) he informed me that all my prongs were platinum and that the repair work was done in platinum as well! Superb work and I plan to return for a redesign of another ring. Totally trustworthy, reasonable, and knowledgeable of the work that needs to be performed.
