AN IMMACULATE TOUCH CLEANING

They were on time and they were professional. The house needed a lot of work because I had been sick and then broke my foot, so the house had not been cleaned for several months. They worked hard, but after they left I saw that several things had not been done and I wouldn't use them again. There were two people here for over five hours.

We let the service go due to financial concerns in March. However, a week or so later a laptop computer disappeared from my house. I filed a police report with the serial number and it was quickly recovered at a local pawn shop. The thief was a maid who worked for the service who had apparently made a copy of my key. The property was recovered and it turned out that person had already been fired. However, the police contacted Cindy (the owner) about this employee and I don't know what came of it. However, I know that Cindy was notified that one of her employees had used her services to rob my home and was disappointed that she made no effort to contact me about it. I had planned on going back to her and had recommended her service to friends. But her lack of concern about one of her employees robbing me gives me pause. If you use Cindy's services I would recommend that you supervise the maids while they are in your home. Obviously she doesn't do a background check of any kind, because the woman arrested had a prior record and was addicted to meth. Even with all that has happened I hesitate to disparage Cindy. She was excellent with customer service. Had she lived up to that reputation by contacting me or trying to make amends in any way I would have rated her much higher.
