American Beauty Landscapes

Our experience with American Beauty Landscaping was awful. After working on our project on and off (mainly off) for one year, they abandoned the project and cannot be reached in any way. I am not the only person in the neighborhood that had these issues with them. They came in with 4 workers, then it dwindled down to one. There is lack of supervision, accountability, quality and integrity with their work. I would recommend to stay far away from American Beauty.

I was referred to him by a relative who has since fired him as well. I hired him to do my landscaping and not only was he months over the finish date he kept begging for money and demanding payments to pay his guys, none of which were in our original agreement. His work is LESS!! then sub-par and to top it off he has abandoned my job forcing me to file a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board and possibly court litigation and left me to find another contractor to finish the job he abandoned. Hire at your own risk!!!

Wonderful! Jeff is very professional and listens to what you need. His crew is also v. efficient, pleasant & their work is excellent. I am calling them back for a third time & feel fortunate to have found a landscaping company that provides such high quality service.

Sometimes I am required to contact the provider to request that bushes be maintained as previously requested.

We use them every month. They are prompt, and there are no problems. They came out two weeks ago. It is a pretty good company. I had to reschedule, because they use a blower to blow the leaves, and they came just after the pool cleaner had cleaned the pool, so they blew all the leaves in the pool.

However, the provider still has yet to complete everything we agreed on. He does not return my phone calls. He left the job unfinished and I would like a refund on the services not yet rendered.

I do not want them to return to my property to continue the work without a written estimate. I'd prefer to have the monthly maintenance fee back so I no longer have to deal with this company.

I was completely satisfied with the work of his crew. They were thorough, efficient and very professional.
Pricing is reasonable and I will certainly use them again.

Everything was great! The initial consultation was informative and we went over everything that needed to be done, as well as options for completing the work. Scheduling was easy and the yard looks great! The trees were trimmed a little too much for my liking, but it will fill in. I was really impressed that they weeded the side of the yard near a sidewalk that never gets any attention. Planning to schedule regular upkeep as well.

We finally decided to remove all the grass and one of the trees from the front yard. I received 3 bids. We choose Jeff because he was very personable and always kept his word on what we should expect. His employees are very hard workers and they did an awesome job. I recommend this company many times over. They are awesome. Thank you for a great looking front yard.

Called and talked to Jeff, the owner about our sprinkler problem. He came out to see me within 2 days. He was very personable and knowledgable, which made me feel comfortable with him doing the work for us. He explained in detail what needed to be done and gave us an estimate of $500.00. That was for $90.00 an hour for labor for his guys, plus parts. I was nervous about the hourly rate fearing it would be dragged out and expressed my concern to Jeff. He assured me his workers could and would get quite a lot done in an hour and I would not have to worry. Jeff also took quite a bit of time with us giving us advice on ways to improve our garden, that we could do ourselves. We scheduled a morning for him and his workers to do the necessary repairs. Jeff and his workers showed up on time and got right to work. He found out the problems quickly and told me how much it would be to replace the timer and do a new valve for the back yard which we requested be done. They were getting done so quickly I asked for a large bush to be trimmed also. It was trimmed up beautifully. The total job cost me $200.00 less than the estimate first given. To say I was pleased with the overall job is an understatement. They were fast, efficient, but most of all honest! Such a refreshing change nowadays. I will defiantly be using him again in the near future for other needs in our yard.

The yard looks fantastic! Everyone was so helpful and nice. Work got done exactly when they said it would be and right on estimate. Jeff even came and showed me how to work the sprinkler controller.

They have been fine. I would recommend them. They do an excellent job for the price. I pay $85 per month. The price is good. The whole service is excellent. I am trying to get hold of them to do some additional work.

They do a really good job but they are not cheap. I will use them again in the future.

He truly gives personal service and that is rare in today's world. He made sure every detail was taken care of so I would be pleased with the work. He charges a very fair price for the service he performs. Jeff shows that he enjoys what he does for a living because it shows in the work he does.
