If I could rate a 0 I would because they have yet to actually perform any service. It has been 48 days and they still have my brother's things hostage from his move from Arizona back to NY. He is still sleeping on the floor and has been for nearly 2 months now. They tell lie after lie, refuse to update him on the whereabouts of his belongings, and will not give him any updates or answers. It is a simple question: where are his belongings? We don't even know if they even know. It's insane. They won't let us speak to anyone, they won't answer our questions, and they won't help! Avoid at all costs, or you will end up miserable like us. We can't even comment on the state of his items yet because we don't know if/when we will ever receive them.

They broke 75% of our items were extremely negligent held our items hostage till we rented a small second truck they said they couldnâ t fit up our driveway not true, they did not have a second person on the truck and weâ re not able to have somebody unload the truck so myself a 50-year-old woman had to unload the items off of the large truck under the small truck when the small truck arrived at our house, my husband had to unload the truck as well no one was available to put furniture together not that it could be put together because it was smashed to bits surfboard antique armoire completely smashed non-repairable three large screen televisions bent wheels smashed and broke the computer components for a smart trashcan. We have missing items complete nightmare do not use this company. I employ you to. Please read the yelp reviews. I am moved from Las Vegas to New York. They arrived on time, and the movers were extremely efficient. They handled all of my items with care, and they were delivered in a timely manner. Super grateful for this company!

I moved my four bedroom home from Las Vegas to Washington. I was nervous as, moving can be quite scary especially with a family. The loading of the items was done in half a day and even some special crating was done to ensure my pictures and vases arrived safely. The delivery happened quickly and i am over all satisfied with how this move went.
