Affordable TV Repair

I wish there would have been a review on here before I called them to fix 2 tv's.
They came NOVEMBER 8, 2012 to look at my 2 tv's. They claimed to have put some parts in 
one of them and then decided it still didn't work and had to order parts. The other TV needed 
a part they didnt have also, had to be ordered. at the end of the visit, I ended up paying them $300
for parts they said they put in one TV (which doesn"t work) and deposit to order parts. They said
it would take about a week to get parts in. I have called them 3-4 times a week since the week they
said parts would be in. NO response, even though they say on their voice message they will call 
back promptly! It is now March 26 2013. And still getting NO WHERE with these people!!! They were
very prompt at cashing my check, so couldnt cancel payment.

This was their second visit in two weeks. They stated that the power supply they had been sent with to repair the tv was the wrong one and now they were going to need a deposit and should receive the part in another 5 days. It is now December 16. I have left messages, called many times on the business phone and on the cell phone that they used to confirm the appt times. No answer. Ever. No return of messages. I am now out 150.00 and the tv is broken still. They reeked of cigarette smoke and did not replace the items in the room that they had moved to make room for them to take the TV apart. Epic Fail. Never again. I am frustrated that I may actually need police assistance in getting my deposit back if they do not respond to my last message.
