ADVANCED CLEANING TECHNOLOGY

Terrible!!! Requested a free estimate but when they arrived they bullied me until I gave them a check/deposit to CONSIDER work. Agreement was I would call them to confirm work approval and they were not to cash check until all agreed. They rushed to Money Tree that afternoon, cashed check and refused to return money demanded us by Money Tree. They became rude and stated they came out to give estimate but had already purchased supplies and held me responsible for them. Apparently they don't get enough business to use the supplies elsewhere? They are rude, untrustworthy and upon my call backs I was told they were not going to be doing business as Advanced Cleaning any longer. I wish I knew about all this before I even let them come out. BEWARE: THEY DO NOT INTEND TO COME OUT FOR A FREE ESTIMATE. THEY STATE THEY THEY COME OUT TO DO THE JOB AND "THEY SPENT THE TIME TO COME OUT SO THEY SHOULD DO THE JOB!" P.S. NOTHING ON CONTRACT STATES YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE.
