Alan was highly recommended to us by another trusted contractor.  From our first contact, he was professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He carefully listened to our wishes and was perfectly in tune with our desires.  He installed our surround sound system, complete theater speaker system, satellite receiver, blu-ray, two DVD changers, and connected the system to the internet for movies and music. He connected and programmed each of these systems into one simply-operated remote control.  He carefully installed the surround sound system with no visible wires anywhere!!!  All wires were run between the walls and under the carpet.  He bundled and hid the excess wires behind the component stand into the wall. The entire installation is clean-cut, professional, and surpasses all our expectations.  He researched the system parameters for individual components and integrated them seamlessly into programming which he downloaded into our equipment.  He resolved several technically difficult challenges with the remote programming.  He demonstrated all the functions and ensured we completely understood the functions of our system.  He guaranteed his work for a year and has already been available by phone to answer questions.  At completion, not only are we TOTALLY SATISFIED we feel we've found a new friend!
