When people can’t afford their repairs, he sells cars on the side. He doesn’t get the original title from the owner. He sold my friend a car, and said if it needed work, he would do it for nothing. And it was just a nightmare, and he wouldn’t answer phone calls. He’s done some repair work for me, and charged me $2500 for minor work, just changing fluids.
