After contacting Jeremy?s company via email after hours, he responded the very next day by phone and assured me that he would be available on short notice if needed. Once approved by the Builder, I allowed Jeremy to schedule the inspection with the Builder's contractor and then tell me when to be there. Not only was Jeremy?s inspection thorough and professional, he went out of his way to point out things that, albeit were structurally sound technically, cosmetically should not exist in that condition on a brand new newly built home.
If I had allowed the Builder to convince me that their contractors had already inspected and certified the home, I would not have discovered several deficiencies, one of which involved the heating system that could have subjected me to Carbon monoxide poisoning. Jeremy pointed out all the deficiencies he found as he performed the inspection allowing me to take my own photos and video of major issues.
And because I am a Veteran, All Above Inspections, Inc. gave me a discount on the price of the home inspection, which made their service that much more valuable.
I received Jeremy?s official Home Inspection Report, including pictures, about five hours after he finished my inspection.
