I paid a deductible of $1,000 and they paid for the rest. They've always been pretty good till I had a mold problem, which I had to pay for. They blamed me for not plucking out the mole on time. They should've better people to come and look at issues. The lady who came wouldn't accept the pictures. We had to take the wall apart. They're home insurance cover is the cheapest around here. I tried to change but I found other companies pricy.
