1st Aid Appliance

Jace responded quickly and was able to come out that same day to diagnose a problem with our fridge. It needed a new control panel which he ordered and replaced as soon as it came in. It worked at first and then stopped after he installed the new part, so he turned around immediately and came back. It turned out the new panel was rebooting, and everything has been fine since then. Great customer service and response time. Will definitely call 1st Aid the next time we need appliance repair.

This is the second time we've used 1st Aid Appliance repair, and let me tell you Jace knows his stuff! Today he did a washing machine install. He was on time quick and thorough. He even talked me through using my new machine. His prices are lower than the competitors and he's really nice! Look no further, this is the place!

Jace, the owner of 1st Aid Appliance came to our home to diagnose the water and ice delivery system on our refrigerator. Jace worked methodically to determine the problem, obtain the appropriate parts and correct the problem. On another occasion, Jace diagnosed and fixed the water pump on our dishwasher. On each visit, Jace was kind, pleasant, professional, and diligent in correcting the problems. I feel the prices charged were very fair for the quality of work performed!
