Jimmy the owner is probably the nicest guy I have ever met.  While installing the backyard lawn he helped me out on two other projects with no additional charges.  He really tries to help out his customers.  It has been four weeks now and the lawn looks good and is coming in nicely.  His sprinkler coverage is awesome.  I definitely do not have to worry about dry spots.

A couple of negative things which I brought to Jimmy's attention.  He is next to impossible to contact.  It might take him a couple of weeks to return phone calls.  If we didn't keep calling, we would have never had the work done by him.  There are dips, and hills in our lawn and the edging is not straight.  When his guys laid the sod out they did not mesh the sod together everywhere but laid it down. Thus I have one to one and a half inch gaps in several areas.  They left small piles of rocks in several spots and failed to clean things up.  The job took two weeks but this was due to his guys working one to at the most three hours a day.  Maybe they just like to work in the early morning.

jim was on time, finished all work at estimate cost, crew was professional and very courteous, did what needed to be done. I would recommend jimmy and his business to anyone who needs land scraping. it should be noted a small problem had arisen with one of sprinklers .I called them up and with in 1 day they where back to fix iti  so appreciated there work . john and kay wilson
