The fan I initially bought from Dan at ThermalFX.com started to make some noise after a few weeks. I contacted him and he gave me a few suggestions. It still kept making noises after attempting to follow Dan's suggestions. I called Dan again, this time he offered to replace it for free. . He sent the part overnight. My laptop is running like new again
