We are an asphalt maintenance company have been in business over 30 years - Have 6 employees and are a seasonal business - need warm temperature for sealcoat to cure correctly We sub-contract only asphalt repair work if needed. Payment is to be made upon completion unless other arrangements are made.

We thoroughly clean asphalt before sealing, crack fill if needed, restripe existing lines if required Give customer the option of one or two coat application - (we will give a recommendation) We schedule when work is convenient to customer ( especially commercial properties) Asphalt does not wear out if protected from the elements by sealcoat asphalt will have a long life
