Jeff is really a nice guy, very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. The unit he installed was a brand new model that he had not installed before. All went well as far as install but there was a delay in finalizing the process due to this being a brand new model with some quirks regarding settings for high altitude and long air return pipes. All is complete now - the unit works great! Jeff's work was neat and precise. I highly recommend him!
