Mountain View Tree Farm

The lawn was beautiful the first year.  The second year parts of It started to die.  The third year it got really bad and this summer it was completely dead.  I went to the owner on a couple of occasions and told him I was having problems.  He accused me of not watering enough which was not true.  He sold me some products which I used that didn't help.  What came to light when we started digging around is that he didn't put any top soil down!!  None!  Then I recalled how he had dropped off his laborers on the first day for several hours at $65. an hour for labor.  He didn't come back for them for hours and I recalled looking out front and the guys were raking the same dirt over and over again.  They finished long before he got here and he charged for those hours.  This man saws that I was older and single with no experience in this kind of stuff.  He took advantage of me and now I have to landscape my front yard all over again.  I'd also like to mention that the tree he sold me for $240. also died.  I am absolutely furious!
