"[Member Name Removed], We at Duke’s Plumbing Heating & Air were very troubled regarding your recent experience. We take our clients feedback very seriously and in this case in particular it is quite important to shed some much needed light on the situation so as to not represent our company in a false and negative way. You had filed a report with the State Contractors Board regarding a violation in workmanship. After review, the State Contractors Board concluded we were in NO fault and in no risk of a workmanship violation. You interpretation of the events prove to have no real cause for concern. You also have falsely claimed damages to the home in excess of $40,000. Insurance denied your exaggerated claim of such an amount and after their investigation it was revealed damage did not exceed $16,000. Duke’s Plumbing Heating & Air is required by law to have insurance for such situations and the insurance promptly paid for the damages and repairs to be made. Your further accusations that we use “defective and used parts” is another false accusation on which there are no facts to support your claim. You have proven by your review that you have grossly exaggerated the truth of the situation in an attempt to defame and spread malicious lies regarding our business. Your horrible personal insults to our hard working employees is shocking and completely uncalled for. At Duke’s Plumbing Heating and Air we take customer satisfaction to be our number one priority. "Dear Mr. & Mrs. [Member Name Removed] I am sorry to have read your review regarding your experience with our company I understand there was some issue with your water heater not being up to code and a cold water valve that could not be turn off and in need of replacement we offered to repair the defective valve at additional cost and to bring it up to code or to invest in a new high efficient Tank less water heater but you refused such service, I also read on your invoice that we performed a complete plumbing inspection through out the house and it all that plumbing checked out fine. I wish you would have called our office sooner and I would have made every effort to assist in this matter I just read this review that was posted date of March 3 2016 and the service we performed was on August 11 2015.
