I called Ray on a Thursday. On Friday Ray came out and we discussed what I was wanting. He gave me literature on several furnaces that met the high heat efficiency rates that I was interested in. He thoroughly measured and checked my existing heat ducts, vents and furnaces. On Monday morning he called to see if I had made a decision on which brand I wanted from the literature he had left and our discussion on Friday, I had, and he came out that afternoon writing up a contract and then ordering furnaces. One was available in Reno, he went and picked that one up and installation was started on Tuesday, the second was due to be available for pickup on Wednesday. He picked that up while two of his workers were working on insulating the ducts. A size change was made on one duct to make the heat distribution work more efficiently. By Friday I had 2 high efficiency furnaces heating my home.
