Description of Work: We called for an emergency service for a water leak. Dispatch said they would send a request to a technician and they would give us a call. After 2 hours of waiting, i called them again and asked how long would it be and they said i should get a phone call shortly. No call recieved till now. Very disappointing.

 + -1 moreThey did not show up or call. When I called they said they could not get to me today. I did not get an apology from the person who I talked to that was supposed to come and do the estimate. I ended up calling the owner who did apologize.
Description of Work: Clark was supposed to come and give me an estimate for plumbing work.
