How did it go? Not only will I not shop there for some electrical work and lighting I needed for my home, I won't drop off a package there for shipping.
"Thank you for your input, we would first like to say that we are sorry you did not receive the kind of "personal touch" you expected at the retail store. For the past 31 years we have offered and provided superior electrical sales, lighting fixtures and service. As a convenience only, we offer " FREE UPS and FEDEX DROP OFF" services. We are here for clients with packages to leave them here at the store, and sometimes there may be someone on the phone, placing a computer order, or we may be with another customer. We greet all customers and process their drop offs promptly. Your review indicates that the issue was how you were addressed at the store, but in the true idea of Angie's List the idea is how you were treated if we had gone to your home and did service work. This particular instance is no reflection on the quality or ability to perform excellent electrical services or to provide quality reasonable lighting fixtures. Once again, we are sorry for your poor experience with dropping off a free UPS package package and we will strive to improve our friendliness."
